Website content describes general capabilities and engagement approaches. It does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or professional-adviser relationship. Scope, people, timing, price, ownership, support, security obligations, and acceptance criteria exist only when stated in a signed agreement.

Oracle and the business assessment use AI. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on assumptions. They are intended to organize discovery and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, investment, employment, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and involving appropriately qualified professionals before making consequential decisions. An estimate, opportunity, potential value case, or recommendation is not a guarantee.

Case studies and metrics describe specific engagements under specific conditions. They do not promise that another client will achieve the same outcome. Business results depend on factors outside 168 Ventures' control, including starting conditions, implementation, data quality, client participation, market changes, and third parties.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting account credentials, restricting access to authorized users, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not share, transfer, or misuse an account or attempt to access areas for which you are not authorized.

You may not use the website or services to:

• Violate law, third-party rights, confidentiality duties, or contractual restrictions.
• Submit information you are not authorized to use or disclose.
• Introduce malware, probe security, evade access controls, disrupt services, or scrape at abusive volume.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation or authority.
• Use AI output to make unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, unsafe, or fully automated high-impact decisions.
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant 168 Ventures and its service providers the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and use that information to provide, secure, and support the requested website feature or service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit the information.

The website, branding, design, text, software, and other materials provided by 168 Ventures are owned by 168 Ventures or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for ordinary business evaluation and use of the website, no rights are granted unless stated in a separate written agreement.

The website may depend on or link to third-party services. 168 Ventures does not control third-party terms, privacy practices, availability, or content. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features, impose reasonable limits, or restrict access to protect users, systems, or rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and free website features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 168 Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the public website or free website features. Liability under a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or harm to users, third parties, or systems.

We may update these terms as the website, services, or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
